Great article for all you job seekers out there. Most of the time we just glance at a job title and decide whether or not we are interested. Title carries a lot of weight - but looking at the job description carries equal weight. Usually the top 3 bullet points for job responsibilities and job duties are usually are the most important. Make sure you cater your resume to title, job duties and qualifications. This should peak the hiring managers interest, and hopefully lead to an interview.
